From Barcelona:

Only 300 meters after exiting the Cadí tunnel, you will see a sign indicating Riu de Cerdanya on your right. You will need to go through the Cadí service area (petrol station) in order to take the route to Riu.

From France:

Once you have gone past Puigcerdà, drive in direction to the Cadí tunnel/Barcelona. Just before the Cadí service area (petrol station) you will see a sign indicating Riu de Cerdanya on your right. Please note there are only 15 km between Puigcerdà and Riu de Cerdanya.
